Howdy fellas (and parents!),

Before this season gets underway the coaching team (Chris Batty, Nic Watkins and Jodie Pritchard) would really appreciate your transparent feedback on your interests, commitments and objectives both in and out of the pool. 

We will also be running a pre-season webinar this Thursday 21 October 1700-1730. You will receive the dial-in details after completing the survey. 

We are committing to a very candid approach to coaching this season with a primary focus being on managing expectations, creating a fun but hard-working environment and supporting you in whatever objectives you have in mind. By the end of the season, if we have helped develop you into better people, then we have done our job.

• the following will not form selection criteria, however, it will help us understand what is/isn't possible
• this is for player sentiment, parents are encouraged to be across the answers but we want to hear directly from the boys
