Cronulla Sutherland Water Polo is delighted to invite all players to an Intensive Training Camp at the end of January.

Run by our Women’s AWL Head Coach Dudi Krstic along with some Olympian and AWL representatives including NCAA national champion at Stamford Maddie Bergman. This camp will give players the chance to not only focus on in-pool skills, but also experience other elements of a high-performance environment. The camp will also focus on position specific development including Goalkeeping, Centre forward/centre back/left hander development training.

The camp is open to any player from the ages of 13-18 and we welcome those from other clubs as well to be part of it.

Timings are as below 

Monday 27th 11:30-2:30 Sutherland leisure centre 

Tuesday 28th 11:30-2:30 Sutherland leisure centre 

Tuesday 28th 3:30-4:30 C3 Training Gymea - strength and conditioning introduction  

the club requires all camp attendees to make their own way to the gym and be picked up on time at 4.30pm from gym. 

Wednesday 29th 7:00-9:00 Sutherland leisure centre 

Cost

$150 for all Cronulla academy players

$200 Non Cronulla players
