We are now taking 'Expressions Of Interests" for those current U16 players that are wanting to play in the 2017 U16 National Club Championships.

The tournament details have just been announced;

• 16 U Girls (Born 2001, 2002, and 2003) Wednesday 27 September 2017 to Monday 2 October 2017- Doone Kennedy Aquatic Centre, Hobart

• 16 U Boys (Born 2001, 2002, and 2003) Sunday 24 September 2017 to Friday 29 September 2017 – Sydney  (Venue - TBC)

The process for selection will involve girls and boys Nationals Squads being formed and from these squads the final teams will be selected to compete.

These squads will train and play together over the winter season with the final teams selected 6 - 8 weeks out from the tournament.

This will give the coaches and head coaches the opportunity to work throughout winter on developing all players and also gives the players a chance to train hard through winter and then put themselves up for selection after that.

The focus on Winter will development and enjoyment. The full squad plan will be released shortly.
