By expressing my interest, I accept the team that I am selected for and will commit to playing for the entirety of the competition. 

The following is applicable to ALL players, parents/guardians and supporters:

I acknowledge (and appreciate) that the coaching staff, committee and supporters of the CSWPC are volunteers and dedicate their time to the love of the sport and the club.

I promise to show respect and behave in a manner that reflects the values of the CSWPC. If I have any questions or disagreements about the manner in which the team is being managed I will raise them at an appropriate time in an appropriate manner. Ultimately, the grading of all players is left to the discretion of the selectors.
